What is the Prayer Spot?

In Luke 22:39-46, Jesus went to a quiet place in the garden to pray before He was crucified. Likewise, we should find a quiet place to pray. That spot can be anywhere, anytime! We use the Prayer Spot to illustrate this lesson. The Prayer Spot is a black paper circle, and each week, the kids get to place it somewhere, and we pray in that location. We encourage all parents to have a Prayer Spot at home so that the children and parents can pray together, anywhere, anytime.

Periodically, we will post prayer requets on this site that might be useful during your Prayer Spot time at home or to anyone who feels led to pray. We also want to honor and bring praise to God for the blessings that He gives us, so we'll also be posting praises as God answers prayers.
